• Starting with neutral grain spirit base, this Amaro is infused with gentian, vanilla, & mint. They blend in cold brew coffee (so, yea, there are trace amounts of caffeine) and then rest it in barrels for 6-8 weeks to allow to flavors to marry. Can’t decide between coffee or amaro after dinner? Here’s the solution. Very pleasant served chilled or over ice.
