This Cask Exclusive barrel is one of the first three King’s County Single barrels to ever be released in California. It’s actually a private “marrying” of two 15 gallon bourbon barrels. One was aged for 4 years and 157 days and the second was aged for 7 years and 260 days. It was bottled on October 6, 2025.
Look for notes of red apple skin, cola spice, caramel, apricot, peach, peanut brittle, brown sugar, moist spiced cake. However, don't be fooled by the sweet notes. Coming in at 65.5%abv, there is some fire underneath this dram.
