From Single Cask Nation is from cask # 153127, aged in a 1st Fill Bourbon Barrel. It was distilled in December 2015 and bottled in the Fall 2025. There were only 221 bottles made. On the nose, look for notes of peach jelly candy, toasted almonds, fresh nectarine, guava nectar, spiced vanilla, roasted barley. On the palate, dried pear, demerara, citrus oils, black pepper and walnuts. It has a dry finish with more citrus oil notes.
